Agreement

By creating an account or using Rhythm, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Rhythm provides software to help you organize personal health information. Features may change as we ship updates. Trial, Pro, and clinic plans are described on the marketing site and in your account.

Not medical advice

Rhythm does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Coach messages and reference content are educational. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions. Do not use Rhythm as a substitute for emergency care — call local emergency services when needed.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
• You must not use Rhythm to store or share data you are not allowed to process under applicable law.
• You must not attempt to access another user's health data or disrupt the service.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Pro, clinic) are billed according to the checkout flow you complete. Trials convert or expire as shown in your account. Refund and cancellation terms for web billing will be published with PayPal checkout (Phase 3). In-app purchases, when offered, follow Apple App Store and Google Play policies.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service; upload malware; or use Rhythm to violate privacy or healthcare regulations that apply to you. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Limitation of liability

Rhythm is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on displayed data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero for free/trial accounts.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal and health data, including that we do not use ad SDKs or sell your information.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email when practical. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
